• If our offer is acceptable our solicitor will contact you immediately to confirm the purchase price and details.

• You can use your own solicitor or we can recommend one for you.

• We will then exchange contracts and complete the purchase on a suitable date for you.

• ALL IN ALL you could have the money in your bank account within 7 days.
