Mr W, had lived in his property for over 30 years, unfortunately over the last couple of years the property had fallen into disrepair and he was unable to find the money to carry out the repairs on the property, Easymove Homes Ltd bought the property from him for CASH and he was able to purchase a smaller property more suitable to his requirements. Mr X had been made redundant and had got behind on his mortgage payments and other unsecured loans, his building society was in the process of issuing proceeding to repossess his property, He contact Easymove Homes Ltd who agreed to purchase his property for CASH, This allowed Mr X to pay off his mortgage and other unsecured debts and not have his property repossessed maintaining his financial credibility. Mr & Mrs D had separated and required a quick sale of there property to enable them both to move on, Easymove Homes Ltd purchased there property within 4 weeks and they where able to make a clean break. Mr & Mrs C where on the council waiting list for sheltered accommodation but where unable to sell there property without leaving themselves homeless until they had been offered a place by the council.
